Revisiting the Constitution: We Need Term Limits for Federal Judges
I couldn't exactly choose a quote from this article as I think everything is very self explanatory. But I would like to comment on it and share my opinion.
I agree with this article very much. I don't think it is right to have a judge serve for "several decades". As much as I understand that longevity and experience are some of the best qualities to have in your career, however, in this case I don't think so. Keeping someone in a position for a long amount of time isn't giving any room for a fresh set of eyes, or a smart young judge to come along and be up with the times instead of being stuck with ways and traditions from 30 years ago when they were just starting.
